I had the privilege to address the cohort at Ledby foundation on a session around navigating the corporate ladder. Dr. Ruha Shadab the founder of Ledby is focused on cultivating an integrated India and driving leadership and professional development for Indian Muslim women.
It was a lively session, and although it is hard for me to know or deeply understand the challenges I shared my lived experiences of what could help in navigating corporate ladders.
