Life has been a blessing. From utterly humble backgrounds to the top of the corporate world, it has been a roller coaster yet fulfilling trajectory. I have spent over three decades in the technology sector across multiple countries and cultures, playing variety of roles from CEO/President/Founder/Operator across disciplines. Life has been an interesting journey and the most I enjoyed was inspiring, changing and transforming people businesses. ​​
I love connecting the dots from the past to the present and try to look ahead. To help people reach new heights of potential that they never thought were feasible. I like to write about these intersection points of technology, humanity, and life, steering clear of technical jargon, and industry lingo to enable a lucid understanding of the evolution around us.
Arshad is Managing Director of Long Arc Capital, a growth equity firm based out of New York City and Head of VeArc Technologies a Long Arc Company in India. Prior to Long Arc, he was the President and Head of Fidelity Investments in India, one of the largest financial services companies in the world. He led the transformation of the 7000+ engineering team from a delivery-focused to business outcomes and customer-focused transformative unit. Prior to that, he led the growth of Accenture Operations in India from 6000+ to 21000+ strong teams delivering to transformative business outcomes to fortune 500 companies globally.

Prior to that Arshad had a seventeen-year leadership stint in the US with Wipro, Cognizant and Cap Gemini. In the 90s he was the founder and CEO of SDI technologies, recognized as the fastest growing e-business startup by the Pittsburgh Technology Council.

Arshad has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, Tepper School of Business, and an Engineering Degree in Computer Science from Bombay University.
