I am not a big fan of posting survey reports as there is always a lot of noise and bias in these surveys. Many are meant to derive a certain outcome. But once in a while you come across a good one that has some merit in it and worth reflecting on. This HBS study of the class of 1963 has some interesting perspectives and quotes from the participants worth reflecting on.

Word of caution - Most of this you may have read or maybe is cliched but focus on what rings with you and reflect on it. I am sure you will find nuggets of wisdom in these perspectives for your own life.
